This means our cattle have year-round access to the outdoors, are never subject to genetic engineering, are fed certified organic feed, and raised on certified organic land.

Our meat processing is continually being optimised to reduce waste and create added value for our customers. We adopt a ‘Nose to tail’ approach, using as much of the animal as possible and work with Food Cloud to ensure no food fit for human consumption is wasted.

Our animals are processed at the highest animal welfare standards. We are committed to making sure animal welfare is of paramount importance, adhering to strict policies that reduce animal stress and create a high quality product. We aim to reduce packaging waste year on year though product and packaging innovation to ensure that our process is sustainable and efficient.

As a responsible producer of food, we give top priority to food safety throughout the value chain. In order to meet our own and our customer's requirements, we live up to HACCP systems to optimise food safety right from quality control of the raw material and manufacturing processes to training of the employees in food safety.
